Born out of a deep passion for culinary craftsmanship in Mariehamn, Bröderna Mains was built on a straightforward conviction: Nobody should ever have to settle for lukewarm burgers or compromise on fresh ingredients.
Together with the Main brothers, founder El Hassan Main took on the beloved culinary legacy of Marie-Bar at Köpmansgatan 1. They spent months refining custom dry-aged beef blends, hand-breaded crispy chicken recipes, seasoned french fries, and signature garlic sauces made fresh every morning.
As the community embraced their dishes, the brothers expanded the brand with Main Burger at Västra utfarten, bringing their signature food to commuters and families across the island.

Reviving Marie-Bar on Köpmansgatan
El Hassan Main and the family took over the legendary location of Marie-Bar in central Mariehamn, crafting fresh recipes, premium burger smash techniques, and welcoming the local community.

To meet massive demand, the brand expanded with the Main Burger branch at Västra utfarten in Mariehamn, providing rapid drive-by pickups and expanded grill capabilities.
